Menopause specialists exist. They're excellent. They're also booking out three months, charging $300 a visit, and concentrated in major cities. For most women, that's not access — that's a theoretical option.

The medical system dismissed women's hormone health for decades. Training in menopause care is still optional in most residency programs. The 2002 WHI study created fear that outlasted the science. Women have been paying the price.

How we practice

We follow the North American Menopause Society (NAMS) guidelines for hormone therapy. Every physician on our platform specializes in menopause — it's all they do. Your case is evaluated by a specialist, not triaged by an algorithm. If treatment isn't appropriate for your health profile, you're told directly and refunded in full.

We don't accept insurance — and we're transparent about why. Our pricing is set to be competitive with most specialist co-pays, without the administrative friction. HSA/FSA eligible.
